How will my parcel be delivered?
We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our parcels and you should expect the gifts to be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Is it possible to send parcels to hospitals, hospices & workplaces?
We can send parcels to a non-residential address but we do ask that you provide us with as much
information as possible so that we can do everything in our power to get the parcel to the correct recipient.
Can I send gifts to multiple addresses in the same order?
We would love you to send our gifts to lots of different people, the best way to do this is by doing separate
orders to make sure that the right gifts get to the right person.
My parcel has arrived damaged?
So sorry that your parcel has arrived to you damaged, please send your order number,
name and address to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deal with this immediately.
Can I add a personalised message to the gift?
We love adding a personal message to each of the gifts we send out, so please leave a note at checkout
and we will make sure this is done for you!
Can you ship worldwide?
